First workstation (Upper surface):
Detecting defects on the upper surface of the product, this station is equipped with a camera and a lens.
Second workstation (Internal spew line):
Detect appearance defects on the inner side of the product. This workstation is equipped with 4-6 cameras and 4-6 lenses, pixel accuracy of 0.03mm
Third workstation (Size):
Detect product dimensions, inner diameter, appearance, thread diameter,circumference, burrs, and blockages, dimensional accuracy of ± 0.01mm
Fourth workstation (Lower surface):
Detect appearance defects on the lower surface of the product, with the same configuration and accuracy as the first workstation
Fifth station (Outer spew line).
Detect appearance defects on the outer side of the product.with the same configuration and accuracy as the as the second workstation
